Three-egg omelette made with egg substitute/egg whites and veggies.
|1/4||cup tomato, sliced|
|1/4||cup mushrooms, sliced|
|1||oz cheddar cheese|
- Sautee veggies briefly in hot pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Beat egg whites, pour into hot pan sprayed with oil.
- Add veggies on top of eggs, fold egg over, sprinkle with cheese.
