Three-egg omelette made with egg substitute/egg whites and veggies.
Ingredients
1/3 | egg whites |
2 | oz bacon |
1 | oz sausage |
1/4 | cup tomato, sliced |
1/4 | cup mushrooms, sliced |
1 | oz cheddar cheese |
- Sautee veggies briefly in hot pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Beat egg whites, pour into hot pan sprayed with oil.
- Add veggies on top of eggs, fold egg over, sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve.
